Q.  How soon will I see results?
A. There are 80 strains of the wart virus, therefore results will vary from person to person. The healing process can take anywhere from 2 to 6 weeks, stubborn strains of the virus can take a little longer to heal. Please be patient, the formula works from the root of the wart, for this reason you may not see any change to the warts in the early stages of the healing process. The warts may get larger or turn white as the formula draws them out of the skin. They will then begin to flake and disappear leaving no scarring.

It is important to apply three times a day and do not miss any applications. If you miss one day it will push back the healing process by 2 to 4 days. Do not touch or scrape the warts, allow the formula to do the work.

Q.  Do I need more than one bottle of Heal Warts?
A. This depends on the amount and size of your warts. It is important that you do not run out of formula and interrupt the program. There is 11ml of Heal Warts formula, sufficient for over 100 applications. This will heal a few warts. If you have many warts, we suggest starting with at least two bottles of formula or save 10% with our large 33 ml bottle.

Q.  Is the virus contagious?
A. Yes, HPV is contagious.

Q.  How do I apply the product?
A. Place a few drops on a Q-Tip or use your fingers to apply topically. Simply dab each wart, it is not necessary to saturate them.

Q.  You state that this is a topical application but my warts are inside my vagina!
A. This is still a topical application. Moisten a Q-Tip or place the formula on your fingers and insert to apply topically.

Q. My son is 3 years old, can I apply Heal Warts to his fingers?
A. We do not recommend using our formula on children under the age of 4.

Q. Do I need to place a band aid onto the warts after application?
A. If you choose, you can use a band aid on hands or fingers. However, it is not a necessity.

Q.  I do not have a credit card, can I mail in my order?
A. To order by mail.. Select your products and proceed to the checkout page. Under -Payment Options - select "Print an order form and pay by mail" This enables you to complete the transaction, print out the invoice which you enclose together with your check, postal order or cash.

Q.  Why use your essential oil formulas when there are many prescription and over the counter drugs?
A. Our formulas are 100% pure natural essential oils, no drugs. Essential oils have the ability to penetrate into the cell membranes faster than any known substance. Essential oils are fat soluble which means that the body absorbs trace elements of the formulas directly into the blood stream and immune system bypassing the kidneys and digestive system, where they combat your condition internally.

Q.  Can your products be used on children?
A. Our Heal Eczema and Heal Stretch Marks formulas are safe for children of all ages. Heal Warts, Heal molluscum and Heal Skin Tags are not recommended for children under 4. The other formulas are not recommended for children under 6.

Q.  I am pregnant, can I use your products?
A. Heal Stretch Marks is formulated for pregnant and nursing mothers. We have also formulated a special hemorrhoids and bleeding hemorrhoids product during pregnancy and nursing. Unfortunately we do not advise using the rest of our product range when pregnant or nursing.

Q.  Why do I need to massage a few drops of the formula into the soles of my feet?
A. This area is the fastest way for the essential oils to be absorbed by your body. According to Chinese medical knowledge, our human body has over 360 acupuncture points, with more than 60 found under the feet, known as the second heart.

Q.  What is the significance of the formulas being absorbed into my blood stream and immune system?
A. Although our products are applied topically, your condition resides in your body. The formulas penetrate your cell membranes to combat your condition at the source. Your healing process therefore is two fold, topical application and internal, where the formula combats the source.
