Q.  Do I need both your H-Away and H-Prevention products?
A. Both products are very important for your program. The formulas have been proven to control outbreaks. H-Away is concentrated and specifically for outbreaks. When the outbreak is over (blisters have ruptured), you will then use H-Prevention as a maintenance program applied daily.

Q.  How soon will I see results?
A. Results vary from person to person. When you first start using the formula the virus may fight back. Please be patient, allow your body to absorb the formula to combat the virus. The more you use the formula the better it works. It will win the war against the virus. Regular use of H-Prevention enables the body to absorb sufficient formula to control future outbreaks.

Q.  How many applications will I get out of one bottle?
A.  We have 11 ml bottles OR - you can save 10% with our large 33 ml bottles. H-Away is used for outbreaks only, it is very concentrated. Only a few drops of formula are used for overall application. The 11ml H-Prevention will last well over 2 months.

Q.  How do I apply the product?
A. Place a few drops on a Q-Tip or use your fingers to apply topically.

Q.  Can I have intercourse after applying the formula?
A. Allow the oil to be absorbed first which usually takes a few minutes.

Q.  Is it possible to spread the virus to my partner when I do not have an outbreak?
A. Certain reports state that this could be the case. However, there is no solid documented proof at this time. As a precaution we recommend that your partner apply
H-Prevention to eliminate future outbreaks.

Q.  Do you ship to Australia, Canada, NZ, Europe and other continents?
A. We ship all over the world, select "Global Shipping" when you checkout of our store.

Q.  I do not have a credit card, can I mail in my order?
A. To order by mail.. Select your products and proceed to the checkout page. Under -Payment Options - select "Print an order form and pay by mail" This enables you to complete the transaction, print out the invoice which you enclose together with your check, postal order or cash.

Q.  Why use your essential oil formulas when there are many prescription and over the counter drugs?
A. Our formulas are 100% pure natural essential oils, no drugs. Essential oils have the ability to penetrate into the cell membranes faster than any known substance. Essential oils are fat soluble which means that the body absorbs trace elements of the formulas directly into the blood stream and immune system bypassing the kidneys and digestive system, where they combat your condition internally.

Q.  Can your products be used on children?
A. Our Heal Eczema and Heal Stretch Marks formulas are safe for children of all ages. Heal Warts, Heal molluscum and Heal Skin Tags are not recommended for children under 4. The other formulas are not recommended for children under 6.

Q.  I am pregnant, can I use your products?
A. Heal Stretch Marks is formulated for pregnant and nursing mothers. We have also formulated a special hemorrhoids and bleeding hemorrhoids product during pregnancy and nursing. Unfortunately we do not advise using the rest of our product range when pregnant or nursing.

Q.  Why do I need to massage a few drops of the formula into the soles of my feet?
A. This area is the fastest way for the essential oils to be absorbed by your body. According to Chinese medical knowledge, our human body has over 360 acupuncture points, with more than 60 found under the feet, known as the second heart.

Q.  What is the significance of the formulas being absorbed into my blood stream and immune system?
A. Although our products are applied topically, your condition resides in your body. The formulas penetrate your cell membranes to combat your condition at the source. Your healing process therefore is two fold, topical application and internal, where the formula combats the source.
