What are Anal Fissures?

An anal fissure is a small tear or cut around the opening of the anus that can cause extreme pain and is often associated with bleeding. Some anal fissures, however, may not bleed and are known as dry fissures.

Anal fissures occur in the tissue that lines the anal canal, called the anoderm, which contains a large amount of sensory nerves. This is the reason for the extreme pain associated with rectal fissures.

How does the product work?

The product is applied topically to your condition. If the anal fissure is internal, a Q-Tip or dropper can be used. The product is also massaged into the arches of the feet to allow the formula to be absorbed directly into the immune system where it will combat the condition internally.

If you are still constipated, add dried fruit such as sultanas or prunes to your diet or take a mild laxative (either a bulk forming laxative or one that softens the stool).
• Drink at least 2 liters of fluid per day (preferably water). Some of this liquid will be passed out in the gut and help to soften the stools. Your urine should be no darker than pale yellow. Avoid alcoholic drinks as they can be dehydrating.
• Keep up your new good habits even after your anal fissures have healed because once you had one anal fissure, you have a higher than average chance of developing another one n the future.
