Here is the recipe
You will need:
1 to 2 bags organic green tea
ice tray or suitable molds
Here is what to do:
- Brew a cup of strong green tea with purified water. After the tea has cooled, pour the tea into an ice tray and freeze until solid.
- In the morning or at bedtime, take an ice cube and wrap in a washcloth.
- While you are relaxing, gently rub the green tea ice cube across your face, working outward and upward.
- Keep up as part of your weekly skincare ritual especially if you are having to wear a mask regularly and for long periods of time.
