Q.  Why do I need to massage a few drops of the formula into the soles of my feet?

Q.  What is the significance of the formulas being absorbed into my blood stream and immune system?

Q.  How soon will I see results?
A. Results vary from person to person, it may take anywhere from two weeks to a number of weeks to control the condition.

Heal Arthritis

Q.  How soon will I see results?
A. Healing time will differ from person to person. With regular applications, the formula will alleviate the pain and discomfort.

Q.  Will I need more than one bottle of your formula?
A. This depends on the severity of the condition. More severe cases may require additional formula. We offer two size bottles: An 11ml and a 33ml size. The 11ml size is sufficient for a small area, if you are treating a large area, you will need the 33ml size bottle.

Q.  How do I apply the product?

Q.  I am 75 years old, can I still use this product ?
A. Yes, this formula is safe to use from the age 4 and up.

Q.  I currently take high blood pressure medication, can I use the product with my medication?
A. Yes, all our formulas are 100% pure, natural essential oils, extracted from plants, there are no drugs or chemicals in our natural formulas. Our formulas do not interfere with any other treatment or medication, so it is fine to use even if you take high blood pressure medication.

Q.  I am in constant pain, can I use painkillers with this product ?

Heal Athlete's Foot

Q.  Will your product eliminate athlete's foot permanently?
A. Heal Athlete's Foot will completely eliminate the condition. However, the fungus reproduces itself by spores which are kept in ideal conditions. Dead skin is constantly being shed and some of that dead skin will be present in the socks you have worn and washing does not get rid of them. It is advisable to get rid of your socks. We also suggest that you wrap your shoes in a plastic bag and place them in the refrigerator for 12 hours.

Q.  How soon will I see results?
A. The healing process varies from person to person. The majority who use our products experience immediate relief. Eliminating fissures can take as little as 2 weeks to 6 weeks. Q. How do I apply the product?

Q.  You state that this is a topical application but I have an internal fissure!
A. This is still a topical application. Place a few drops on a Q-Tip or use your finger to insert. If the fissure is too far internally to reach, we suggest using a dropper.

If there is still discomfort after 3 weeks, you will require a second bottle, or you can save 10% on our large 33ml size bottle.

Fissures may recur, many of our customers keep a bottle handy because the second time you have to treat the condition, the fissures usually disappear within 10 days.

Q. Do I need to change my diet?
A. Increase your raw fruit and vegetables intake during the program. It is also advisable to eliminate dairy, wheat and sugar, this will aid your body in healing the condition. Drink lots of water and consume natural yogurt.  (yogurt is not classified as dairy, the molecular structure has changed)

Q. What about hemorrhoids?

Heal Head Lice

Q. My child is only 5 years old, is this formula safe?
A. Yes, this formula is safe to use on children 4 years of age and older.

Q.  How do I apply the product?
A.  Rub the formula into the scalp and leave for at least an hour, then wash out. Comb the hair carefully with a fine-toothed comb to remove any eggs. Repeat every three days from the start of an infestation until the condition has cleared up in order to kill any newly hatched lice.

Q.  Does this formula get rid of the lice completely?
A.  The formula will kill the lice but does not prevent the eggs from hatching, so it is important to apply every three days until all the eggs have hatched or been removed.

Q.  How much formula do I need?

Q.  How much formula do I need?
A. This depends on how often you get a headache as the formula is only applied when a headache exists. A small amount of formula is used per application.

Q.  How do I apply the product?

Heal Hemorrhoids

Q.  You have two products, I am not sure which one to use?
A. Heal Bleeding Hemorrhoids is formulated specifically for bleeding caused by a hemorrhoid. If you have hemorrhoids as well as bleeding, you will need both our Heal Hemorrhoids and Heal Bleeding Hemorrhoids formulas. If you do not have any bleeding, you will only need the Heal Hemorrhoids formula.

Q.  I have both conditions, which product should I use first?
A. Bleeding is a secondary condition usually caused from the hemorrhoids rupturing. This condition must be healed first. Apply Heal Bleeding Hemorrhoids to eliminate the bleeding. When the bleeding has stopped, continue with the formula for one or two days and then switch to the Heal Hemorrhoids product to eliminate the actual hemorrhoids.

Q.  How soon will I see results?
A. The healing process varies from person to person. The majority who use our products experience immediate relief. Eliminating hemorrhoids can take as little as 2 weeks to 6 weeks. Heal Molluscum

Q.  I have had my molluscum burned off / surgically removed, will your formula stop the condition growing back?
A. Many of our customers have molluscum burned off / surgically removed, some have used acid and other types of drugs. Unfortunately the condition grows back again. After using our Heal Molluscum formula the same bumps do not reappear.

Q.  How soon will I see results?
A. There are many strains of MCV (Molluscum Contagiosum Virus), therefore results will vary from person to person. The healing process can take anywhere from 2 to 6 weeks, stubborn strains of the virus can take a little longer to heal. Please be patient, the formula works from the root upwards, for this reason you may not see any change in the early stages of the healing process. The bumps may get larger or turn white as the formula draws them out of the skin. They will then begin to flake and disappear leaving no scarring.

Q.  You state that this is a topical application but the molluscum bumps are inside my vagina!
A. This is still a topical application. Moisten a Q-Tip or place the formula on your fingers and insert to apply topically.

Q. My son is 3 years old, can I apply Heal Molluscum to his fingers?

Q. Do I need to place a band aid onto the area after application?

Q.  I have had my warts burned off / surgically removed, will your formula stop the warts growing back?
A. Many of our customers have warts burned off / surgically removed, some have used acid and other types of drugs. Unfortunately their warts grow back again. After using our Heal Warts formula the same warts do not reappear.

Q.  How soon will I see results?
A. There are 80 strains of the wart virus, therefore results will vary from person to person. The healing process can take anywhere from 2 to 6 weeks, stubborn strains of the virus can take a little longer to heal. Please be patient, the formula works from the root of the wart, for this reason you may not see any change to the warts in the early stages of the healing process.
